MEN IN SKIRTS …SUITS

The things I see…
And hear, make me laugh or smile, sometimes they make my eyes wet with tears, sometimes they make me break down and sob. But other things don’t do all this, they just make me open my mouth and close it unintentionally. Things like, a man in a suit. I know I should not refer to men in suits as things, I am sorry I have already offended you but listen as you collect the stones you will use to stone me. A man in a black suit could be a thief, a president, a virgin or a pastor. Same applies to a man in a white, blue or orange suit, although men in white suits tend to be grooms more often than not. So a man in a suit walks up to uniformed security men who are otherwise a modification of watchies and those niggas open the gates for them. Try approaching those watchies in a kitenge trouser and they will remind you that you are not in a fashion fair. So when should I wear my kitenge trouser? In the market it attracts not so good glances from mama mbogas, in the church it makes the ushers to hand you those “If you need prayers” cards, in school they say it is unofficial, untidy, unprofessional, uncouth, uncircumcised, un…. Un….  Back to men in suits, people associate suits with richness, true to a large extent. Suits designate power; they also mean one lacks a sense of fashion. A man dressed in a suit is not always clean. You will never know this one until he strips. Ask doctors who work in casualty departments of hospitals, a man is always sharp until he undresses, and then you realize he is wearing a skirt beneath his suit. His balls hang far below the lower margin of his blue underwear; the portion of the boxer between his thighs is missing. He has worn that same boxer for a week, it has been in existence since three years ago, and it is tired of being a boxer, now it is a skirt.

Aiiii. Hii unaonea watu wa kuvaa suti. We are modest, we dont like being too flashy, but at the end of the day we want to be elegant. Suits and official clad, as opposed to jeans and shorts spell sophistication. And class.

Ha ha ha, lol. Men in suits are naturally accorded some respect, which should not be the case always. A man is man, kitenge or suit…. but the skirt though haha

Good one.
